Terms of Service: WP Maintenance & Security
Please note: This plan is specifically for WordPress sites and does not cover eCommerce functionality, including WooCommerce. It also does not include any development or design work.
By subscribing to our maintenance plans or add-on services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Coverage
- Scope of Maintenance: The maintenance plans include regular updates, security monitoring, and performance checks as outlined in the plan details.
- Monthly Plan: Includes monthly updates for WordPress core, plugins, and security monitoring.
- Quarterly Plan: Includes quarterly updates for WordPress core and plugins, along with ongoing security monitoring.
- Exclusions:

- This plan covers WordPress system updates only. Development work, content updates, custom feature development, design work, layout changes, or other website modifications are not included. These services can be quoted separately upon request.
- Major version upgrades for WordPress (e.g., WordPress 5.x to 6.x) are excluded and may need to be quoted separately.
- Custom plugin or theme issues may fall outside of standard updates and will be reviewed case by case.
- Cloud Backup & Restore Add-on:

- Daily offsite backups are provided under this add-on service option.
- Restore services are included as part of the add-on if recovery is needed.
- Exclusions for eCommerce Sites:

- These plans entirely exclude eCommerce functionality, including WooCommerce and any other online store integrations. A separate plan for eCommerce sites is available.
Client Responsibilities
- Site Access: You must provide secure access credentials to enable maintenance. Delayed or missing access may impact service delivery.
- Third-Party Interference: To ensure consistent service, no third-party modifications to the site should be made during the maintenance period.
Payment Terms
- Billing: Subscription payments are processed monthly or quarterly based on your selected plan. Add-on fees will be billed alongside your subscription.
- Cancellation: Services are cancelable anytime without long-term commitment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we cannot provide the agreed-upon service due to our fault.
Service Limitations
- Uptime Monitoring: While we monitor your site’s uptime 24/7 and promptly flag any issues, resolving server-related or hosting problems may require the involvement of your hosting support team.
- Security Threats: While proactive security measures and malware scans are included, complete immunity from hacking or breaches cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
- No Guarantee: We aim to provide high-quality maintenance and monitoring services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality or immunity from threats.
- Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the subscription fee for the most recent billing period.
Modifications to Service
- Plan Changes: We reserve the right to update service offerings or terms. Clients will be notified of material changes 30 days in advance.
