Terms and Conditions – $49 WordPress Fix Service

‘First Fix Free’ Offer

The “First Fix Free” offer is available for a limited time and applies to one qualifying fix per new customer.
The scope of the free fix follows the same guidelines as outlined in the $49 Fix Service below – Minor WordPress issues, such as theme/plugin conflicts or simple responsive adjustments, are eligible for the free fix. If the issue is more complex and requires additional work, we will provide a quote, and the offer will not apply to the additional work.
The “First Fix Free” offer is limited to one fix per website and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Once the first fix is completed, any additional fixes will be charged according to our regular pricing model, starting at $49 per fix.
If the issue cannot be resolved within the scope of the “First Fix Free” offer, we will notify you, and no charges will apply
This offer is only valid for new customers who have not previously used our services.

The $49 fix service applies to smaller WordPress issues. You may submit more than one small issue within a single request and we will try to accommodate. If any of the issues require more extensive work beyond a quick fix, we will provide a no-obligation quote for the additional work before proceeding.
The types of issues covered include minor theme/plugin conflicts, basic database errors, simple image optimizations, responsive fixes, and similar tasks. For a detailed list of common issues we fix, please refer to our website or contact us with any questions.
If after reviewing the issue it appears more complex than expected or requires additional time (e.g., extensive theme debugging or deep database work), we will notify you and provide an estimate for the additional work required before proceeding further.

The service applies only to WordPress websites. Sites built on other platforms or those with custom development may require a different service plan.
This service is designed for minor fixes. Any major development work, design changes, or custom coding falls outside of the $49 fix and will be quoted separately.

We aim to complete most fixes within 24 hours (during regular business hours, Mon-Fri, Pacific Standard Time). Some issues may take longer depending on the complexity, but you will be notified of any delays.

The $49 payment is required upfront before we begin work. All payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to fix the issue as per our satisfaction guarantee.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete details of the issue to be fixed.
The client agrees to provide the necessary access to the WordPress site (e.g., temporary admin login) so we can troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

You will be responsible for providing access to your WordPress admin, whether via login credentials or by installing a plugin that grants us temporary access.
We take data security seriously and will only use your provided credentials to resolve the specific issue. Once the fix is completed, you can remove our access to your site.

If the issue is caused by a third-party plugin or theme, we cannot guarantee full resolution if the issue is beyond our control (e.g., plugin incompatibility with the latest WordPress version). We will do our best to recommend an appropriate solution.

If we cannot resolve the issue as outlined in your original request, we will offer a full refund. If the issue requires additional work beyond the scope of the $49 fix, we will quote you for the extra work, and you can choose to proceed or receive a refund for the $49.

While we take every precaution to ensure the work is done correctly and carefully, we are only responsible for issues directly related to the work we perform. If something within the scope of the fix causes further issues, we will resolve it at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for pre-existing problems, unrelated issues, or any indirect or consequential damages outside of the task we were hired to fix.

Once you provide access to your WordPress site, please refrain from making changes or allowing others to work on the site until we have completed the fix. Multiple parties making adjustments simultaneously can complicate the process and cause delays or conflicts with the work being done.
If someone else works on the site during the fix period, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise as a result.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or updated on our website.
